SOCIETY HAE

Change The World, Create Something!

The Vintage Tea Social at Harlem Pop was certainly the place to be this weekend. The spirit of the Harlem Renaissance, the soulful 70's and the Reconstruction periods were certainly evoked. Socialites came dressed in the most fabulous vintage gear. They sat at an elegantly decorated table with eloquent tea cups, and gently conversed in between sips of tea. To make this event extra special, guests were served the most relaxing and tasteful Romance and Chai Teas by Wellnista tea. I personally recommend the Romance tea! I could not keep myself away from the complimentary treats provided by Love Joy Sweet Treats. The apple tarts and chai cupcakes were to die for! I'm embarrassed to reveal the amount of apple tarts that I ate.
It was so much fun to photograph guests as they tried on the fashion show tea coats provided by reciclaGEM...accenting the theme of the evening was a vintage tea spread by Earth*Mama Tea Party. Super thanks to Tamara Tcup Leacock and the super fly host Ngozi Odita for making this a wonderful
event.
