The Detox

It has been a minute!

Beta Banger was off the hook...and I was all banged up after!

At that point it was clear I needed to do a detox to get my body in order. Its hard when food is your passion and profession... you pack on pounds without knowing it.

I had a culinary tour of Jamaica scheduled months ago and figured it would be the perfect opportunity to detox while on my tour.

For the detox I am keeping it simple, young coconuts and live foods.
