Organizing an event Poets and Painters Aid to Haiti Saturday May 29th 2010 from 4-8 in Harlem.
Post the address later. I am a poet and and a painter/designer looking to link with like minds to aid Haiti.
Seeking 6 artist with strong bodies of work to hang in studio.
Please email photos of your work if interested. Half of proceeds from each item sold will go to Grass Roots International in memory of Thar-Shine Aly. I feel it necessary to for artist to come together and make the world a little better.
Also seeking spoken word artists to perform with books and or cds to sell, half of proceeds will go to Grass Roots International.
