Harlem Pop - Shop & Mingle Bloggers Brunch

Last Saturday, December 4th, Soceity Hae hosted another fantabulous Harlem Pop. This time they hosted a Shop & Mingle Blogger's brunch sponsored by Dining with Grace.

Bloggers are sampling the delicious treats by Dining with Grace.

The tostones topped with codfish, onions, and some other tasty items were to die for!

Although I'm supposed to be on a shopping hiatus, my eyes couldn't stop moving around the room filled with colorful items ready for me to take home. I was immediately drawn to the Harriet's Alter Ego pop shop when I spotted this vest...I couldn't help but purchase a fly Fela dress, a scarf that came in very handy for this coooold weather that we are experiences and some too good to be true 5 dollar shirts and tanks -- I just knew they were in the bin by accident, NOT!

My last purchase for evening was a funky, fly, fresh butter soft red leather skirt by Ka Devereux. She also makes some amazing leather hats...

I loved the t-shirts by Region. This one is a must buy for all of the little girls that you know.

It was a delightful event to shop, mingle and feel good about spending some money because it was going to local entrepreneurs and artists sharing their beautiful visions with the world.
