DC's Cre8 SpaceStudioGallery Presents "It's Unbelievable": A Tribute to the Notorious B.I.G.
Greetings HAE Socialites!
I know it's been awhile but I promise this is the first of many posts bringing you plenty of DC flavor!
We are days away from the anniversary of the passing of one of Hip-Hop culture's greatest and most beloved icons, the Notorious B.I.G.
One of DC's newest art spaces, Cre8 SpaceStudioGallery is honoring the Hip-Hop giant with a new exhibit "It's Unbelievable," which opens this Tuesday March 9, 2010. Cre8 has begun to turn the idea of what art should be about on its head. This exhibit is case in point.
Yours truly will be on the ground covering opening night!

Tuesday March 9th 8pm - 12am
“Its Unbelievable”
On the anniversary of rapper Notorious BIG untimely death, Cre8 will be exhibiting a special selection of paintings by Aniekan Udofia (www.artofaniekanudofia.com), Matias Cueva, Moe (www.moesartdesign.com) and Alex Vallcorba(www.vallcorbaink.com); as well as a custom tapestry honoring Biggie and hip hop culture.
All are welcomed! $5 suggested donation.
This event is designed to involve the community in all things arts and humanities.
GUESTS ARE INVITED TO BRING THEIR IPODS AND PLAY THEIR FAVORITE BIG SONG OR MIX!!
