Change The World, Create Something!
A picture is worth a thousands words... and in the case of Senegalese photographer Oumar Ly nothing could be more true. We had the opportunity to meet the world re-known photographer whose work was on display as part of the Photography Exhibition at the The World Festival of Arts & Cultures held in Dakar December 10 - 31 (2010). Ly did not speak English and we did not speak French yet his images and movement communicated his process and his story to us perfectly... no translation needed.
