Amazing DIY Facial Treatment
Cherries are amazing! They contain malic acid which helps in skin cell renewal and the shedding of dead skin cells. Cherries especially Montmorency Tart Cherries are full antioxidants. This bottle which is a black cherry concentrate cost about $7.00. Tart cherry juice will cost more. Both concentrates are delicious and can be added to smoothies, yogurts and even served as a dessert sauce.
For this facial treatment just apply a small amount (less than a teaspoon) to your face and leave on for 15 minutes then wash off. Then apply your favorite moisturizer. I apply this treatment once a month.
