27 Day Detox... a quickie

Hey Folks!

So a quick update of what is happening here in Jamaica... I flew in to work on a multi-media arts project and do a culinary tour... just before coming, I made up my mind to do a 27 day live food detox.

IT'S GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yesterday I went to the river and gave my hair the washing of a lifetime!

I have been training (preparing for Team Livesip for Race to Deliver to benefit God's Love We Deliver on November 22nd) by tackling a ridiculously steep 3 mile hill 3000+ feet above sea level in the Blue Mountains. I have also had a chance to remember why I love raw foods when the food is fresh, in season and local.

I feel rejuvenated, re-centered, and re-focused... I am ready to tackle all the major projects I have in front of me when I return to NY and I feel certain that continuing my detox through October 5th... and possibly beyond is the next most exciting steps.

All my food has been produced in Jamaica except the chlorophyll and spirulina I have been using as supplements.

More on that later. For now... back to Jamaica!
