Looking to learn something new, and to please my mom in one fell swoop, I attended a cooking class at Hutong Cuisine here in Beijing this past Sunday. Chef Chunyi Zhou and her family taught me how to make five dishes. Anyone who plans to visit China's capital better be prepared to eat some duck, with Beijing's most famous dish being Peking Duck.
