27 Day Detox... a quickie
Hey Folks!So a quick update of what is happening here in Jamaica... Hey Folks!
So a quick update of what is happening here in Jamaica... I flew in to work on a multi-media arts project and do a culinary tour... just before coming, I made up my mind to do a 27 day live food detox.

27 Day All Live All Local All Jamaica Detox... Day 4

.... sometimes thirst seems like hunger...
Yesterday I was too full to even write.
I sipped (ate) mature coconut meat, avocado, mangoes, bananas, fresh pressed sugar cane juice, ackee, bok choi... the list goes on.
I couldn't figure out why I was so hungry, or more importantly, just kept eating.
And then it dawned on me... I arrived Wednesday early and had a huge jelly (young coconut)... and then in the evening I had the water from a mature coconut.… Continue

It has been a minute!
Beta Banger was off the hook...and I was all banged up after!
At that point it was clear I needed to do a detox to get my body in order. Its hard when food is your passion and profession... you pack on pounds without knowing it.
I had a culinary tour of Jamaica scheduled months ago and figured it would be the perfect opportunity to detox while on my tour.
