...negrita...

i would like to someday be known as a fierce advocate of social justice who traversed the globe, visited each country in africa, wrote about it, and then produced the film and its soundtrack. for now, however, i am but a work in progress. living and working in kigali, rwanda, i am a nomadic afropolitan who truly believes that 'music washes away from the soul the dust of everyday life.' i draw inspiration from those who see beyond borders and limitations and i hope to use this medium to shatter pre-conceived notions and offer an alternative view of this breathtaking, dynamic land i call home.

I agree with Adande. I'm chair-dancing as I'm typing it. Uh. I don't think I ever came up with a smart comeback to your last post about Maxwell, but I'll waive my white flag. You got me on that one, girl. I'll back up and wait for your scraps:) I have a twisted crush on Gandhi and Nelson Mandela (i likes cute, thoughtful old men with squinty eyes, sue me). You gonna take them, too.
