This exhibition, Let Us Emerge [Slavery in the Diaspora], is designed to inspire individuals to think about the beauty, innovation, and strength of African people. It looks at the global impact of slavery on the African Diaspora.
It explores:
What happened to Africans who were captured?
How did they respond?
How did they heal the wounds of enslavement?
